NCC NETTLE

Northumberland Nettle is a mild, smooth, creamy cheddar combined with the subtle fresh flavour of real nettles. This cheese is made locally on the Blagdon Estate and is particularly popular with children. Suitable for vegetarians and pasteurised.

 

CLAWSON 1912 STILTON 

1912 is a Stilton like no other. We take you on a journey from pure creaminess to intense tanginess, with layers of flavour in every glorious crumbling bite. Lose yourself in a taste exploration you'll want to take again and again.

 

BLEU D'AFFINOIS

Rich and buttery, with subtle hints of blue. Blue D'Affinois comes from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. It's made in a similar way to Brie, but with cream added to the milk before cheesemaking begins, creating an indulgently creamy cheese with a rich, buttery flavour. Perfect for beginners with blue cheese, it's delicious with crusty bread, ripe figs and walnuts, and a glass of Moscatel.

 

IOM VINTAGE CHEDDAR

Isle of Man Creamery Vintage Cheddar has a long lasting subtly sweet and nutty flavour. Matured for 15 to18 months to ensure a fine, close texture this premium Manx cheese is sure to add a touch of luxury.

 

GILLOT CAMEMBERT

A raw milk handmade Camembert matured for slightly longer to allow it to develop rich flavours and a creamy texture.

 

GOAT LOG 

A miniature goat log with satisfying nutty, piquant notes and a slightly acidic, citrus flavour that will invade the senses. When young the cheese is bright white and moist, however the texture becomes tighter as it ages. The Jacquin family have been producing goat s cheese for over 50 years. The goats log is produced in the Loire Valley, in the Berry region of France. A satisfying nutty, piquant notes and a slightly acidic, citrus flavour that will invade the senses.
