DELIVERY POLICY
Our scale of delivery charges is £3.99 up to 20 kilos. Free delivery over £45 is to one address only.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to despatch (usually the day before the requested delivery date). Orders are only despatched Monday to Thursday, with delivery on the following day, up to 10pm (due to COVID-19, deliveries are running between 8am-10pm). An exception to this is on Bank Holidays where orders will be despatched on Tuesday.
PLEASE NOTE - we are unable to ship to outside of the United Kingdom.
• We send goods by overnight carrier to destinations in the UK mainland.
Post codes we are unable to deliver to are: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50 Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3 & Northern Ireland BT1-99
This is due to the perishable items being sent via courier, and these postcodes take more than 1 day to deliver. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
• We can deliver to your home or place of work, and to the home or workplace of your relatives, friends, colleagues or business associates. Please select a delivery address where someone is likely to be in to receive the parcel (we prefer the cheese not to hang around).
• We must have a complete post code for every delivery address and a phone number ( preferably mobile) and email for DHL tracking.
• We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays.
• Our deliveries may arrived as late 10pm. Please contact us via the contact form or via social media @cheeseboxclub if your parcel does not arrive, so that we can locate it.
• Because our products are perishable, we must have an alternative delivery instruction for any private address, such as "leave in porch/on step/with a neighbour". This is particularly important if you are sending a surprise gift, but even if you are planning to be in, circumstances do change.
* Please note - Boxes will be delivered with a minimum use by date of 7 days from delivery date.
